Jon is the son of owners Gene and Heidi Hoak. After graduating the Academy of Culinary Arts at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Jon worked in several restaurants in both Pennsylvania and North Carolina before opening his own restaurant. Now Jon hopes to use his restaurant experience to help our clients. Assisting commercial insurance clients all across Pennsylvania, Jon specializes in restaurants, breweries and distilleries.
